This is a German-language version of "Baby Sittin' Boogie", which Buzz Clifford recorded in 1961. Like Clifford's version, this is a novelty song featuring random baby gurglings; because this version is sung in German, it provides extra novelty for those of us in North America.
Ralf Bendix (1924-2014) was a German pop singer who started his adult life as a lawyer and economist, becoming head of the Düsseldorf office of Trans World Airlines before deciding he'd rather just sing. He had a number of hit singles in Germany in the late 1950s and early 1960s. After that, he became a producer and talent spotter. He lived his final years in Monaco, Florida, and Switzerland.
