This appears to be the story of Cinderella told as a collection of spoonerisms, in which the first syllables of neighbouring words were being repeatedly swapped. I couldn't get through more than 30 seconds of this and would go to great lengths not to have to listen to the whole thing.
Jack Ross (1916-1982) has not left a large internet footprint behind him. He appears to have released a few singles in about 1946 as Jack Ross And His Orchestra and a single in 1952 as Jack Ross And His Quintet. As just plain Jack Ross, he released a few singles and albums in the early 1960s.
"Cinderella" seems to have been Ross's only success, reaching #16 on the Billboard Hot 100. The only other thing I could find out about him was that photos of him show him holding a trumpet; presumably, he played that instrument.
