Sadly, I found this song listenable but not all that intriguing, so I didn't finish it.
The Intrigues were an African-American funk-soul group from Philadelphia. "In a Moment" was their first single release and it reached #31 on the Billboard Hot 100. Two later releases reached the lower parts of the chart. They went on hiatus in 1972; they reformed in 1985 with a new lead singer but don't seem to have drawn much attention.
