Noten Robert Ballantine

Unfortunately, a search turned up very little, other than that it revealed that his name was Noten Robert Ballantine. I found another photo of him from 1926 and an ancestry website that indicated that he had three half-siblings and that he passed away in 1959. He also apparently copyrighted a song in 1936, but I could find no other record of his artistic endeavours.
